I operate an immigration law practice headquartered in Houston, TX representing clients across America and the world. Since 2011, I was a solo starting off the blocks from law school, joined in a partnership, then cordially exited moving from Dallas to Houston based on a family decision (raising a newborn). Boom, I had to "start over" again from scratch. This sparked the thought I was not alone in doing this - that a number of attorneys may need a strategy & accountability coach to some extent. In addition to private practice, I served on numerous boards from City of Dallas, Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Southeast Dallas Chamber, to a charter school with multi-million budget.
